At TAGX247, we take pride in offering exclusive fashion experiences. Because of the nature of our products—especially those linked to digital assets like NFTs—our return policy is clear and specific.
⏳ Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 5 calendar days of receiving your order. After 5 days, we can’t accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances.
✅ What Items Are Eligible for Return?
We only accept returns for products that meet all the following criteria:
- Belong to our Apparel – Stylish and Comfortable (non-NFT) collection
- Are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition and packaging
- Include the original receipt or proof of purchase
- Are returned within 5 days of delivery
🔁 If the product is defective or damaged, we will gladly exchange it for the same item.
❌ What Items Cannot Be Returned?
The following products are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Exclusive 1:1 NFT T-Shirts (includes digital NFT ownership; considered a digital + physical asset)
- 20:20 NFT T-Shirts (limited edition NFT collections)
- Any product that has been used, washed, altered, or damaged
- Items returned after the 5-day window
- Sale or promotional items
- Items without a valid order number or proof of purchase
⚠️ Important: NFT-linked items (1:1 and 20:20 collections) are unique and verifiable assets, and once purchased, cannot be canceled or reversed under any reason, including buyer’s remorse.
🔁 Exchanges
We only replace non-NFT apparel if it arrives defective or damaged.
To request an exchange:
- Contact us within 5 days of delivery at support@tagx247.com
- Include your order number, photos of the item, and a brief explanation
💸 Refunds
If your return is eligible and approved, we will:
- Inspect the product upon receipt
- Notify you by email
- Issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
💳 Note: Return shipping costs are not refundable. If your refund is approved, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund total.
📦 Return Shipping
You are responsible for paying the return shipping.
For your protection, we recommend using:
- A trackable shipping service
- Shipping insurance (for orders above $75)
